Interior rendering lives or dies on the small details: how light hits a counter, whether a fabric reads soft, whether the room feels lived-in. Our team blends architectural rigor with cinematic composition. Renders that move proposals, leasing materials, and city council approvals forward — not generic CGI that looks like every other rendering.

Common questions

What buyers ask before sending us their first project

How much does a 3D interior rendering cost?

+

Stills typically range from $400 (single-room residential) to $1,800 (hospitality lobby with people, complex lighting, high-end finishes). Most residential interior renders price between $600 and $900. Walkthroughs and animations price separately based on length and scene complexity. See our architectural rendering cost guide for the full breakdown.

How long does an interior rendering take?

+

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days for a still rendering, including one draft round and two revision rounds. Rush turnarounds (3 to 5 days) are available for premium pricing. Animations and walkthroughs run 2 to 4 weeks depending on length.

Do I need to provide a 3D model, or can you build one?

+

Either way works. If you have a Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max model, we can render directly from it. If you only have 2D plans, sketches, or reference photos, we model the scene from your inputs as part of the engagement. Modeling time is included in the quote.

What does "photoreal" actually mean?

+

It means lighting that behaves like physical light (global illumination, accurate sun studies), materials that match real-world reflectance, and composition that follows architectural photography conventions. Our work is regularly indistinguishable from photography in client review. The portfolio shows the standard.

Can you match a specific design style or brand?

+

Yes. Send us reference imagery — magazine spreads, photographer portfolios, brand standards, mood boards. We calibrate the visual language to match. For hospitality and high-end residential clients, this is the default workflow.

Do you offer interior visualization services for designers without a full project budget?

+

Yes. Many of our interior design clients use us for one-off renders during the design phase to test material and furniture decisions. Per-render pricing starts at $400, no minimum engagement, no retainer. Most boutique studios use us project-by-project rather than as a retained partner.

How do you handle revisions?

+

Two revision rounds are included by default in every quote. Most projects close within those two rounds because we ship a mid-fidelity draft early to lock in composition and lighting before final rendering. Additional rounds are quoted transparently if scope expands.
