3. Modeling and milestones

Weekly status, milestone reviews, RFIs resolved same business day. Senior modeler kickoff with documented conventions and a published component library.

4. Submittal and shop release

QA checklist signed before submittal. Two revision rounds included by default. Fabrication output in the formats your shop runs on.

Can you take a Tekla model from another team and finish it?

Yes. Model handoffs are common — a project starts with one team and finishes with us, or vice versa. We audit the inherited model, document gaps and conventions, and quote the finish scope transparently. No surprise overage when we discover the original model is inconsistent.

Do you work in other software besides Tekla?

Tekla Structures is primary. We also work in Advance Steel, AutoCAD, and SDS/2 on request. For Revit-based projects or hybrid Revit-Tekla workflows, we coordinate through IFC.

How do you handle confidentiality and IP?

Mutual NDA before discovery. Project files stay in whatever environment you prefer — your Trimble Connect, shared drive, or direct transfer. All IP is yours by contract.
