Precast detailing and panel shop drawings — production-ready, on your schedule
Architectural and structural precast detailing for U.S. precast manufacturers, general contractors, and EOR firms. Panel shop drawings, embed plans, erection drawings, and production tickets that move from approval to the casting bed without rework.
Precast detailing is unforgiving — the panel either fits the bed, the connection, and the building, or it does not. We produce precast shop drawings, panel models, and production tickets for manufacturers and contractors who need fabrication-ready output without the typical offshore revision cycles. Senior detailers, AISC and PCI literacy, U.S. business hours.
What you get
Four steps from your scope to clean, fabrication-ready files
Send the design package
Upload structural drawings, architectural elevations, EOR markups, and project specs. Tell us your panel mark convention, production format, and deadline.
Quote in 24-48h
Per-panel or per-project pricing depending on scope. Real number, real timeline, named senior detailer assigned.
Detailing with QC
Senior detailer produces drawings. Internal QC pass against AISC, PCI, and your firm conventions before each milestone submittal. Connection coordination with the EOR.
Clean handoff
Submittal package delivered: panel shop drawings, erection drawings, production tickets, and reinforcement schedules. RFI logs maintained on your letterhead.
What buyers ask before sending us their first project
Do you handle architectural precast or structural precast?
+
Both. Architectural precast covers cladding panels, spandrels, column covers, and decorative elements where finish quality and panel layout matter most. Structural precast covers hollowcore, double-tees, beams, columns, and shear walls where load path and connection design matter most. Many projects combine both, and we detail both in coordination.
How much does precast detailing cost?
+
Pricing is typically per panel or per project, depending on scope. Architectural panel detailing runs $40 to $120 per panel for typical commercial work; complex panels with custom finishes, returns, or unusual geometry price higher. Structural precast is typically priced per ton or per element. We quote against the actual project, not generic square-footage estimates.
Do you produce production tickets for the casting bed?
+
Yes. Each panel ships with a production ticket showing reinforcement schedule, embed schedule, lifter schedule, finish callouts, and any special instructions for the bed crew. Tickets are formatted to your plant convention or to a clean default if you do not have a documented format.
What codes and standards do you reference?
+
PCI MNL-116 for structural precast quality control, PCI MNL-117 for architectural precast quality control, PCI MNL-120 for design handbook references, AISC 360 for steel connections to precast, AWS D1.1 for welded connections, and ACI 318 for reinforced concrete design. We can produce to your firm-specific conventions once documented.
Can you coordinate with the steel detailer and the EOR?
+
Yes. Precast detailing rarely happens in isolation — we routinely coordinate connection details, embed locations, and erection sequencing with the steel detailer and the structural engineer of record. RFIs are maintained on your letterhead and documented in your shared project tracker.
Do you model precast panels in BIM?
+
Yes. We model precast in Revit or Tekla at LOD 350 to LOD 400 for projects requiring clash detection, multi-discipline coordination, or downstream fabrication output. Useful when precast coordinates closely with steel framing, MEP penetrations, or curtain wall systems.
How fast can you turn around precast shop drawings?
+
Most projects move from kickoff to first submittal within 7 to 14 business days, depending on panel count and complexity. Resubmittals after EOR review typically turn within 3 to 5 business days. We commit to a specific timeline at the quote stage and report against it weekly.
