Revit drafting outsourcing fails when the drafter does not know what a sheet set should actually look like. Title block standards mismatched. Family library inconsistent. Permit sets returned with the wrong reviewer assumptions baked in. We work as an extension of your in-house team — same conventions, same standards, same level of finish, without the payroll commitment. Architectural and structural Revit drafting from schematic design through construction documents and as-builts, delivered by a Hermosillo-based team that has spent years serving U.S. firms. Same time zone as the western U.S., one-hour offset from central, native English on every call.

What you get

Permit-ready sheet sets
Architectural and structural permit sets coordinated to local jurisdiction requirements. Title blocks, sheet conventions, and family library matched to your firm standards.
Construction documents (CDs)
Full CD packages from schematic design through final issued-for-construction. Coordinated across disciplines, ready for the bid set or the contractor handoff.
As-built modeling
As-built Revit models from PDF markups, point cloud, or field measurement. Honest LOD to the captured fidelity — no over-promising on what the source data supports.
Custom family creation
Parametric Revit family creation aligned to your library standards. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural — built once, used across your projects.
Overflow capacity for production crunches
Send us a discipline, a sheet set, or a single project when your in-house team is overloaded. We scale with your backlog without the payroll commitment.
Sheet set and standards setup
Title block standardization, sheet set templates, view templates, and family library management. We can adopt yours or help build them with you.
Our process

Four steps from your scope to clean, fabrication-ready files

01

1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes with the lead drafter who will own your project. Scope, firm conventions, family library, sheet standards, and timeline.

02

2. Fixed quote

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours after discovery. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline, named team. No surprise overage at delivery.

03

3. Production

Weekly status, milestone reviews, RFIs resolved same business day. Senior team kickoff with documented conventions before the first sheet is drafted.

04

4. QA and delivery

Internal QC checklist signed before submittal. Two revision rounds included by default. Final files in your preferred format and on your conventions.

Common questions

What buyers ask before sending us their first project

Can you work to our existing firm standards?

+

Yes — that is the default. Send us your title block, sheet conventions, family library, and view templates, and we adopt them as the baseline. If your standards need updating, we can help build them with you, but we do not push our conventions onto your projects.

What disciplines do you cover?

+

Architectural and structural Revit drafting as core scopes. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing through our dedicated Revit MEP service. We do not bid on disciplines we cannot deliver to a senior standard.

Can you take a project from schematic design through CDs?

+

Yes. Most engagements pick up at design development or construction documents, but we can carry a project from schematic design through issued-for-construction when the scope supports it.

Do you stamp drawings?

+

We do not stamp on behalf of U.S. firms — the licensed architect or engineer of record on your team owns the seal. We are production capacity, not licensure. Our deliverables are reviewed by senior drafters before submittal and ready for your stamp.

How does nearshore Revit compare to offshore?

+

Offshore Revit drafting typically runs eighteen to thirty dollars per hour; nearshore Sonora typically runs thirty to forty-five per hour. The all-in delivery cost — once rework, time-zone management, and revision cycles are factored — usually lands within five to ten percent of offshore for a substantially better project clock and far fewer escalations.

What is your typical engagement model?

+

Per-project fixed-scope pricing for defined deliverables, dedicated capacity for ongoing overflow, or hybrid. We avoid open-ended hourly billing — it incentivizes the wrong behavior on both sides.

How do you handle revisions?

+

Two revision rounds included by default in every scope. Additional rounds quoted transparently. Most projects close out within the included revisions because we resolve ambiguity during drafting, not after.

How do you handle confidentiality and IP?

+

Mutual NDA standard before discovery. Project files stay in whatever environment you prefer — your BIM 360 instance, shared drive, project portal, or direct file transfer. All intellectual property is yours by contract.
